Code Bumpers: The Simpsons LEGO Minifigures Bump Codes

LEGO has released another set of minifigures, so of course, Paul and I went to the LEGO store at the Mall of America to get our lot.

Non-Chron-LEGO-Minifigures-Simpsons-Bump-CodeThat’s right, this time it’s the LEGO® Minifigures – The Simpsons Series.  Ah, The Simpsons.  They bring back so many memories of junior high and high school. “I’m Bart Simpson, who the hell are you?” Still rings in my ears…

While Paul and I were digging though the bin of minifigures, we kept spouting off random quotes. “Excellent, Smithers…” “Mmmm. Donuts.” “Bart!”

LEGO minifigures bump codes: Do they work?

In this case, I think the LEGO minifigures bump codes method is not really the way to go.  Use the feeling of the bag method.  I mean look at Marge’s hair.  That’s easy to feel in the sky blue bag. The only thing is that you have to be careful you don’t confuse Marge’s hair with Itchy’s club.

Also, look for Flander’s toolbox. It’s easy to feel the long, skinny, rectangular object.  The key to finding Bart is his skate board. When trying to find Nelson (“Ha, ha!”), Mr. Burns, and Scratchy look for the long, skinny things they hold in their hands.

Scratchy has an axe that doesn’t come in two pieces. We got fooled into thinking that it was two pieces, so we came home with an extra Mr. Burns.

You may see LEGO minifigures bump codes on other sites that look different for each character.  I did my best to see the codes, but I encourage you to use the feeling method for this set of minifgures.
